Our expert Prof. Dr. Ioachim Pupeza from the »Materials Characterization and Testing« department is on site and gives one of the two plenary lectures entitled »High-Sensitivity and High-Dynamic-Range Field-Resolved Infrared Spectroscopy for Biology and Medicine«.

The aim of this event is to bring together experts from the focus area of »Structural Systems and Their Parts or Elements for Highly Flexible and Lean Structures« in order to exchange ideas and present current results.

The purpose of this hybrid conference is to provide a forum for applied mathematicians from academia, research labs and industry to exchange ideas and present recent results. The focus of this first edition of KLAIM is on the role of applied mathematics in the development of digital twins.

Our experts from the »Materials Characterization and Testing«, »Flow and Material Simulation« and »Transport Processes« departments are on site with exhibits.

In the workshop, our experts will present innovative methods for non-contact coating thickness measurement. Participants from industry can bring their own samples and discuss possible applications for process control. After the seminar, initial measurements can be carried out on the samples brought along.

The aim of this event is to bring together experts from the fields of tire model development, tyre measurement and driving simulation to exchange ideas and present the latest results. The event takes place every six years.
