Each year the embedded world Exhibition&Conference in Nuremberg offers the embedded community the opportunity to obtain information about new products and innovations, enter into an exchange and to maintain and develop valuable contacts. Around 1.000 exhibitors are presenting state-of-the-art technology in all facets of embedded technologies, from construction elements, modules and complete systems through to operating systems and software, hard and software tools right up to services covering all aspects of embedded systems.

The seminar KL-Regelungstechnik (Kaiserslautern – Control Theory and Control Engineering) is organized by our department as well as several research groups of the TU Kaiserslautern. Topic of the talk in March 2019 is »Observer Design for Control and Fault Diagnosis of Boolean Networks«.

tire technology Expo 2019 offers an exhibition and conference covering the broad spectrum of tire manufacturing: from tire design, tire manufacturing technology to developments and advances in tire evaluation and performance. We are on site with a team of the department "Mathematical Methods in Dynamics and Durability".

The DPG Spring Conference of the Section Atoms, Molecules, Quantum Optics and Plasmas (SAMOP) will take place from 11-15 March 2019 in Rostock. Our experts of the department »Material Characterization and Testing« will be present with lectures and posters in the field of Terahertz Quantum Sensors.

JEC World in Paris is the only trade fair that unites the global composites industry. From 12 to 14 March 2019, the trade fair will bring together a wide range of players - from materials production to user industries.

Energy Storage Europe will concentrate on energy storage of all technologies, from electric, electrochemical to thermal right up to chemical and mechanical storage. As an overarching industry get-together, the fair also interlinks science and economy.

At the symposium on electrochemical energy technologies, our experts from the department "Flow and Material Simulation" will present their work and research in the field of electrochemistry and batteries. Particular emphasis is placed on our research in the field of battery simulation.

Wir sind mit Experten unseres Schwerpunktes »Green by IT« mit einem Stand vertreten und stellen myPowerGrid sowie dessen Anwendung im Projekt Schoonship in einem Vortrag vor.

On 27 and 28 March 2019, the High Performance Center Simulation and Software Based Innovation will organize a 2-day industry workshop focusing on digital technologies in materials development.
