Ziel ist die Stärkung der Verfahrenstechnik in Deutschland. Als Partner des Kompetenznetzes organsieren wir gemeinsam einen Workshop zum Thema Digitalisierung. Mithilfe vieler Referenten beleuchten wir einen Tag lang die digitalen Methoden in der Produkt- und Prozessentwicklung.

The modeling and efficient simulation of human motions for applications in the fields of ergonomics, medicine and computer graphics is a big challenge. The objective of the project "Ergodynamic Moving Manikin with Cognitive Control" is the development of an enhanced digital human model for ergonomic assessment of dynamic motions by validated simultion to support the design of healthier and safer workplaces in future product development and product planning processes.

[only available in German] Thema des Seminars: Bei der Auslegung und Beurteilung mechanisch beanspruchter Bauteile hinsichtlich ihrer Betriebsfestigkeit spielen statistische Methoden eine zentrale Rolle. Dies beginnt mit der Festlegung der Bemessungsgrundlagen. Schließlich muss man die Versuche zum Nachweis der Festigkeit mit statistisch abgesicherten Verfahren auswerten. Dies gilt für vergleichsweise einfache Bauteilversuche ebenso wie für sehr teure und lang laufende Ganzfahrzeugversuche. Die optimale Planung solcher Versuche ist ein entscheidender Punkt.

[only available in German] Unter dem Motto »Smarte Textilien in Strukturbauteilen« findet das erste Symposium der Fraunhofer-Allianz Textil statt. Innovationen entlang der textilen Fertigungskette umzusetzen und zu vermarkten ist das Thema für die Textilindustrie und zentrales Thema der Veranstaltung. Industrie- und Forschungspartner der beteiligten Fraunhofer-Institute berichten über ihre Erfahrungen. Mit dem Einsatz intelligenter, funktionalisierter technischer Textilien u. a. als Verstärkungsmaterialien in Strukturbauteilen werden Wege und Chancen aufgezeigt, neue Märkte durch fortschrittliche Technologien zu erschließen. Im Anschluss findet ein Besuch des LeichtbauCampus Open Hybrid LabFactory statt, in dem wirtschaftlich und ökologisch nachhaltige Herstellungstechnologien hybrider Leichtbaukomponenten aus Metallen, Kunststoffen und textilen Strukturen in Großserie entwickelt werden.
