Workshop

The aim of the event is to present the latest applications and methodological approaches in quantum computing through scientific presentations and stimulating discussions, and to foster collaboration between researchers and industry representatives.

Our colleague Dr. Pascal Halffmann, research coordinator of »Quantum Computing«, is on site and gives insights into the results of the »EnerQuant« project, which aimed at solving large-scale energy sector models. In the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi)-funded project, we developed algorithms for qubit-based quantum computers and quantum simulators to solve a fundamental model of the energy sector with stochastic parameters.
