Since the institute's foundation in 1995, the Fraunhofer ITWM's operating budget has grown from € 1.64 million to € 39.7 million in 2023.

Staff

Fraunhofer ITWM currently employs 266 scientific staff, 63 persons in technical and administrative services, 60 PhD students, 3 trainees and 132 Research assistants (status: July 2024).
