SIMVEC 2024
Design and Protection of Vehicle Systems
The VDI congress »SIMVEC« (SIMulation in VEhiCle) sees itself as a platform for presenting and discussing the progress of simulation technology and testing in vehicle development.
Our experts Dr. Fabio Julian Schneider-Jung, Dr. Michael Burger, Dr. Sebastian Emmerich, Tim Rothmann and Hannes Christiansen from the »Mathematics for Vehicle Engineering« department will be on hand with several presentations and an exhibition stand at booth number four.
In their presentations, they will highlight innovative approaches to driving simulation and vehicle technology. They show how virtual environments enable realistic ground-vehicle interactions through the fusion of digital environmental data. In addition, customer-specific driving cycles are derived to efficiently evaluate new drive concepts and identify potential savings. Finally, they look at the NVH analysis of cables and hoses in battery-electric vehicles to optimize noise and vibration behavior.
