The purpose of this conference is to provide a forum for applied mathematicians from academia, research labs and industry to exchange ideas and to showcase recent results. The format is planned every two years (bi-annual).
The focus of this first edition of KLAIM will be placed on the role of applied mathematics in the development of digital twins.
The hybrid workshop is hosted and organized jointly by the Fraunhofer-Institute for Industrial Mathematics and the Department of Mathematics at the TU Kaiserslautern.

Registration is now open. We invite prospective speakers to submit a one-page abstract to one of the above three tracks. A LaTeX template can be found in the teaser to the right, as well as the link for the submission procedure. The submission and registration each require separate registrations
