Conference

Due to the developments regarding the spread of the corona virus in Germany, the event is cancelled. The organizer will provide the conference contributions in digital and printed form.

The major goal of the VLA4, organized by the German Association for Materials Research and Testing (DVM), is to look at advanced material mechanics and fatigue under variable amplitude loading as well as the utilization of these fundamentals to most modern applications. The conference will be the fourth in a row and will provide researchers and industrial representatives to discuss recent achievements and results of research studies, new approaches and state-of-the-art processes in different industries.

We are pleased to participate in the conference as a research and cooperation partner of the DVM. Furthermore, our expert Klaus Dreßler from the department »Mathematical Methods in Dynamics and Durability« is a member of the national scientific committee of the VLA4.
